Lisa Panarello is
the founder and CEO of Careers Advance Consulting (CAC), a
professional development practice serving multi-national clients across
the globe. While Lisa heads the Resume Writing, Self-Development
Coaching and Educational Programs Divisions, she works with the Career
Services Department at The College of Westchester and serves on the
Board of Higher Horizons, a NYC high school consortium for young
women.
Since 2002, Lisa has
developed a revolutionary Career-readiness Curriculum, co-authored
Unleash the Leader Within You!, created over 3,000
results-generating resumes and guided thousands of individuals from
frustrating job search campaigns to exciting career journeys.
Simultaneously, Lisa
hits the stage as America’s MVP Coach inspiring and educating
all-aged audiences on how to achieve self-designed success. Her
presentations, seminars, workshops and Key Notes have reached more than
550,000 students, parents and professionals nationwide through CAC and
Monster’s Making It Count!
Additionally, Lisa
has been featured on Career Clinic Radio (Detroit Lakes), WYLD
FM Radio (New Orleans), and Cable TV: Channel 22 (Yonkers,
NY).
Lisa was born and
raised in Brooklyn, NY, holds a Bachelors in Marketing from Baruch
College, a Certificate in Career Planning from NYU and 15 years of
diverse corporate experience among such companies as Seiko Hattori
Corp., ParentGuide News, Golden Books and Colgate.
